Princeton Mental Health Recovery
I now offer up to 5 free counselling sessions to those who were living in Princeton during the 2021 Princeton Floods.
This is in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association, with grant support from the Red Cross, as part of Community Mental Health Recovery.
These sessions are for individuals 19 years and older, who have been impacted in any way by the 2021 floods in Princeton.
Sessions are 55 minutes and can be done in-person at 203 Vermillion Avenue, Princeton, or online through the Jane App.
To learn more, schedule a 10-minute consult call with me here to make sure we would be a good fit. You can also email me at shawna@simpleonpurpose.ca with any questions you have.
The program will be offered until Fall 2026.
Alternate counselling options are available through South Okanagan Counselling in Penticton. More information on that is here.
The coordinator for this program is Dierra Maynard. You can reach Dierra at dierra.maynard@cmhasos.ca
